Rotary Trash Screen

Rotary trash screen is a type of mechanical screening device used to remove debris, large solids, and other unwanted materials from water sources. It is commonly employed in water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, irrigation system, and other settings where the quality of water needs to be maintained.

Some of the key features and functions of NS Rotary Trash Screen are : –

• Debris Removal : As the drum rotates, debris such as leaves, sticks, plastics, and other solid materials are intercepted by the screen. The rotating motion helps lift the debris out of the water.

• Efficient Filtration : Efficient filtration of water, ensuring that only relatively clean water passes through. This is crucial for protecting downstream equipment, such as pumps and valves from damages caused by large particles.

NS rotary trash screen is designed and manufactured with variable dimensions (width x height) to suit specific site requirements, ensuring adaptability and optimal functionality for diverse applications.

Roller Gate

NS roller gate consists of series of horizontally mounted cylindrical rollers connected by vertical bars or plates. When the gate is fully closed, it obstructs the flow of water, creating a barrier. As the gate is raised, the rollers rotate, allowing water to pass through the gate opening.

These gates are crucial for managing water levels, regulating flow rates, and controlling the distribution of water for agricultural, industrial, or flood control purposes. The ability to adjust the gate’s position provides a men of controlling the water flow dynamically based on specific requirements.

Rollers gates are just one type of water control gate used in hydraulic engineering, and their design may vary depending the specific application and the characteristics of the water system they are installed in.

Trash Rake

NS Trash Rake is an innovative automatic mechanical screen designed for efficient removal of floating debris and solids in a variety of applications.

Equipped with a pair of booms and arms featuring rakes or buckets, along with a robust main screen and a hydraulic power pack, NS Trash Rake operates with precision and reliability. Its design can be tailored to meet specific needs, available as either a fixed unit mounted at platform level or a mobile version that traverses rails to accommodate wider channel widths. Each raking cycle can efficiently lift up to 500 kg of debris, significantly enhancing the operational capacity of wastewater management systems.

During operation, as raw water or sewage flows through the inclined screen, solids and debris are left behind, ready to be collected by the hydraulic mechanized excavator system. With its robust construction and smart design, NS Trash Rake stands as a critical component in modern waste management strategies.
